How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is generally $5.00 for orders in the U.S.
Shipping is $15.00 for orders outside the U.S.
How long does it take for shirts to arrive?
We do our best to ship within 2 business days of your order. After that it is up to the post office, but standard shipping should get to you within 3-7 business days. International orders can take 3-5 weeks to arrive depending on the destination and customs.
What shipping method do you use?
Most orders in the U.S. ship by First Class or Priority Mail. International orders ship by First Class International Mail. If you want expedited shipping, please use the contact form to describe what you need (or send an e-mail) and expedited shipping charges will be calculated and a custom invoice generated.
How secure is this website?
We use PayPal for payments, which encrypts your confidential information using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128 bits (the highest level commercially available).

We gladly accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) through PayPal.
Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No. PayPal will let you check out as a guest. However, if you already have a PayPal account you may use it here.
How do I know what size shirt fits me?
Generally speaking, our shirts run true to size and are not “slim fit.” If you still have questions , feel free to send an e-mail and we will do our best to answer them.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you need to exchange an item, just e-mail us to arrange for a return. Any item purchased is deemed un-returnable if worn, or has been damaged by the customer. If you need to return or exchange a part or all of your Blast Off order, you may return or exchange the item(s) within 14 days of the purchase. Be sure to return the item(s) you wish to return or exchange to the return address provided to you by Blast Off.
Returned items can be exchanged for other merchandise or a store credit against future purchases.
Incorrect Item: We do our best to ensure you receive everything you ordered however, in the rare case when we make a mistake, e-mail us so we can take care of the issue right away.
